Speed

Load Time Analyze the load speed of your websites and learn how to make them faster..
First Byte Time Is a measurement used as an indication of the responsiveness of a webserver or other network resource.
Keep Alive Enabled Also known as a persistent connection, allows files to be transferred from a web server to a web browser without interruption.
Compress Transfer Just about everything on a page that isn't an image or video is text of some kind (html, javascript, css).  Text compresses really well and HTTP provides a way to transfer the files in compressed form.
Image Compression Image compression check looks at photo images (JPEG files) and makes sure the quality isn't set too high.  JPEG images can usually be compressed pretty substantially without any noticeable reduction in visual quality.
Render-blocking JS and CSS Render-blocking JS & CSS means that none of the above-the-fold content on your page could be rendered without waiting for the following resources to load.
Static Content Caching Pieces of content on your page that don't change frequently (images, javascript, css).  You can configure them so that the user's browser will store them in a cache so if the user comes back to the page.
Content Delivery Network (CDN) Servers all over the world that are close to users and they can serve a web site's static content from servers close to users.  The only case where it doesn't make sense to use a CDN is if all of the users for a web site are close to the web server already (like for a community web site).
Above-The-Fold Content Prioritization If the amount of data required exceeds the initial congestion window (typically 14.6kB compressed), it will require additional round trips between your server and the user’s browser. For users on networks with high latencies such as mobile networks this can cause significant delays to page loading.
Codebase Standards Review Verification from expert developers that your code is built to standard, built to scale, and built with today's best practices in mind.
Server Stack A server stack is the collection of software that forms the operational infrastructure on a given machine. In a computing context, a stack is an ordered pile. A server stack is one type of solution stack -- an ordered selection of software that makes it possible to complete a particular task.
Content Management System Scalability We'll verify your hosting platform is configured to maximize the advantages of your CMS and present options for maximum browser performance to your audience.
Competitor Speed Analysis We show you how your competitors performing, and give you a strategy to out perform all the competition. 1 3 5

Usability

Mobile Responsive Design Optimize your entire site for mobile. Don't make users pinch-to-zoom. Keep your user in a single browser window.
Proximity of Touch Elements Small or tightly packed links or buttons are more difficult for users to accurately press on a touchscreen than with a traditional mouse cursor.
Viewport Not Configured A viewport controls how a webpage is displayed on a mobile device. Without a viewport, mobile devices will render the page at a typical desktop screen width, scaled to fit the screen. Setting a viewport gives control over the page's width and scaling on different devices.
Fixed Width Viewport The viewport can be set to a specific width, such as width=320 or width=1024. While discouraged, this can be a useful stopgap to ensure pages with fixed dimensions display as expected.
Font Scalability Web font size can be specified via four common units: pixels (px), points (pt), EMs (em), and percent (%).
Flash Usage Plugins help the browser process special types of web content, such as Flash, Silverlight, and Java. Most mobile devices do not support plugins, and plugins are a leading cause of hangs, crashes, and security incidents in browsers that provide support. Due to these concerns, many desktop browsers restrict plugins.
Scalable Media (Images, Audio, Video) Images often account for most of the downloaded bytes on a page. As a result, optimizing images can often yield some of the largest byte savings and performance improvements: the fewer bytes the browser has to download, the less competition there is for the client's bandwidth and the faster the browser can download and render content on the screen.
HTTP Errors URLs that do not display correctly affect your users ability to navigate the site and negatively affect search ranking metrics
Form Entry Streamline information entry. Choose the simplest input method for each task and use real-time labeling and validation.
Site Search Site search is vital for helping mobile users find what they’re looking for in a hurry. It must be readily visible and provide relevant results.
Accessibility On-page markup enables search engines to understand the information on web pages and provide richer search results in order to make it easier for users to find relevant information on the web. Markup can also enable new tools and applications that make use of the structure.
Network Usage Sparsity 3G is the dominant network type around the world, and while 4G deployments are in progress around the world, you should still expect that the majority of users will be accessing your page on a 3G network.
End User Cost Estimation The cost of the site based on data from the ITU, without any adjustment for purchasing power or relative affordability.
Multilingual Functions Providing multiple language options based on user location via IP provides the best experience for your visitors around the globe.
User testing mini panel Enter text here.

Page Errors Page errors indicate that you have errors on your web page. There are many factors that can cause a web page error, some are more severe than others.
Server errors A server error means there is either a problem with the operating system, the website or the Internet connection. There are many different kinds of server errors, but a "500 error" is the most common.
Crawl attempt errors Crawl Diagnostics is the best place find issues that could be negatively affecting your SEO efforts.
Client errors Errors are shown when a valid request was made by the client, but the server failed to complete the request. This can indicate a problem with the server and should be addressed. These issues arise frequently from sites that are misconfigured.
Duplicate page content When there are multiple pieces of identical content on the Internet, it is difficult for search engines to decide which version is more relevant to a given search query.
HTML page title & meta tags The meta description tag serves the function of advertising copy. It draws readers to a website from the SERP and thus, is an extremely important part of search marketing.
Image ALT attribute & file names Alt text tells search engines what an image is. It means “alternative text.” Most people leave their alt text blank, missing three huge SEO opportunities.
Search engine robots.txt The robots exclusion protocol (REP), or robots.txt is a text file webmasters create to instruct robots (typically search engine robots) how to crawl and index pages on their website.
Temporary and permanent redirects URL redirection, also called URL forwarding, is a World Wide Web technique for making a web page available under more than one URL address. When a web browser attempts to open a URL that has been redirected, a page with a different URL is opened.
Permalink structure and length Permalinks are the permanent URLs to your individual weblog posts, as well as categories and other lists of weblog postings. A permalink is what another weblogger will use to link to your article (or section), or how you might send a link to your story in an e-mail message. The URL to each post should be permanent, and never change — hence permalink.
Top landing pages by visits The Landing Pages report shows you which pages are greeting your website visitors. These landing pages are oftentimes the first experience a visitor has with your website.
Traffic sources Every referral to a web site has an origin, or source. Possible sources include: “google” (the name of a search engine), “facebook.com” (the name of a referring site), “spring_newsletter” (the name of one of your newsletters), and “direct” (users that typed your URL directly into their browser, or who had bookmarked your site).
Keywords tracked A keyword is generally a word or phrase that is a topic of significance. Searchers use keywords as a way to identify and verbalize their problem or topic in which they're looking for more information. Tracking these is an important part of determining the ROI of your keyword spend.
Major search engine rankings As the trend away from keywords and towards relevant content continues, high-ranking sites are shifting their focus from using keywords based on search queries to trying to understand the user’s intention as a whole and reflecting this in quality, logically structure content.
External followed links Getting external links is the single most important objective for attaining high rankings. This stems from the idea that external links are one of the hardest metrics to manipulate and thus, one of the best ways for search engines to determine the popularity of a given web page.
Followed linking root domains A followed linking root domain is a website that links to you AND passes link juice. Total linking root domains are the number of websites that link to you that include the followed linking root domains.
Domain authority Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines. We use Domain Authority when comparing one site to another or tracking the “strength” of your website over time.
Top pages by page rank PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B.
Content publishing Brands publishing news content isn't a question anymore, it's a way of life in the digital marketing world. Whether it's a weekly post on a corporate blog, a news release published in the company newsroom or a series of daily news articles as part of a brand's online publication.
Link opportunities & mentions A link has two purposes, not only does Google see the value of a link from an authoritative site, a link is a user’s direct connection to your website and brand. In some cases, you may find websites that mention you, where a link back to your website would be beneficial in both ways.
Share of voice Share of Voice in Online Advertising is an ad revenue model that focuses on weight or percentage among other advertisers. For example, if there are four advertisers on a website, each advertiser gets 25 percent of the advertising weight. This method ensures one ad will not be seen any more than the other three ads. And, since there are typically a limited number of advertisers using a Share of Voice model, ad exposure is optimized.
Competitor traffic analysis Competitor Analysis is a management strategy. It is a competition analysis with your current and potential competitors. To get maximum and efficient outputs, such comparison techniques are always practiced by strategy and management team. 1 3 5
